and god made them

In all things, God is good. When he created humanity, he made us in his image. According to a design plan based on his own nature, God created human beings to look and function like him - in relationship with him, with each other, and with creation. God's design, like God , is good. When we function according to our design, we are good too!

for each other

september 3, 2023

God’s plan for his family—the church—follows his design for the first family he made. Some differences between men and women were intended by God from the beginning. These are part of God’s design for our families and also for God’s family.

God’s plan for the church echoes his design for creation, and it, too, is very good!

between two worlds

August 27, 2023

We must live in this world, in this age, yet refuse to be conformed to it. Our relationships should be defined by our allegiance to Christ and our desire to please God.

When we’re putting Christ before others, our relationships will honor God. you more like him!

Into families

August 20, 2023

When God made human beings, he placed us into families—husband and wife, parents and children, from one generation to the next. Families grow easily, but God’s design for our families is that, in our families, we would each grow to be more like Jesus.

Make your family a place where Jesus is making you more like him!

Wholly human

August 13, 2023

According to God’s design for humanity, only together do women and men image him completely. This means our differences matter to God! Still, as God’s plan for humanity has unfolded in time, some differences have become less important.

What matters more than all our differences is that we be one in Christ!

Designer humans

August 6, 2023

God created human beings, both male and female, in his image. To be made in God’s image is to be crafted by God to look, in so many good and beautiful ways, like God. To reject ourselves—to seek to be different than he has made us—is to reject God and refuse to be like him.

God is good and he’s made us in his image, which means we’re good too!
