The Summer Retreat will take place from July 17–20, 2025, at Epworth by the Sea in Saint Simons Island, GA. The retreat aims to help students grow closer to God through Biblical teachings, small group discussions, and team-building activities. This year's theme is "For God so Loved," focusing on how God's love transforms us to be a light to others. The retreat fee is $200. Students will have the opportunity to worship, study God's word, and gather in community. Additional details, including a packing list, will be sent by the Student Ministry Team closer to the event. The Morningside Family Ministry (McWilliams' Bible Fellowship Class) will meet after church at Synovus Park to watch our local baseball team play. Everyone is welcome to sign up and join us for a fun afternoon. The cost is $10 per person.
