Some people imagine a god, most of us in fact. We make one up. That imaginary “god” becomes our god, and that’s what we worship. But the one true God is not made-up. He exists. He’s real! This God - the God Who Is - has revealed himself to us in his word, the Bible. The Bible, in turn, points us to Jesus as the perfect image and expression of God - the one we look to and listen to if we want to truly see and hear God.
We don’t make up God. He made us! And through Jesus, he invites us to gaze on his beauty and listen in wonder to his voice so that we may worship him, the One & Only.

New Women’s Bible Study
Ladies’ Bible study will start Tuesday, January 9th at 9:30 am and Wednesday, January 10th at 6 pm with the Beth Moore study James, Mercy Triumphs. Please purchase the book before the first class. Tuesday’s session meets in building C and Wednesday’s session meets upstairs in the Family Center.

Financial Peace University is a 9-week course to teach you good practices to get out of debt and stay out of debt. This class will meet on Wednesday at 6 pm upstairs in the Family Center starting January 17th. A course kit must be purchased before the class. Enrollment is limited to ten participants. You will be contacted with more information when you enroll in the course.
Our men are invited to a breakfast on Saturday, January 20th at 9 am in the Fellowship Hall. After the success of the men’s dinner in December, they want to continue the fellowship and planning for 2024. You can sign up in the welcome center or by clicking the link below.

Weekday Preschool Ministry is excited to announce that Pre-Registration for the 2024-25 school year will begin February 1st for current Weekday Preschool families and Morningside Baptist members!
